2006 Summary

2006 had a cold, damp, late start. Our two main projects for this year were the improvements to the Flaxton site. New hive stands and screens were built to protect the holiday makers from our bees

And our first attempts at queen rearing to rid ourselves of our nasty bees. It was very time consuming and used most of our bees so I doubt if we will get much honey this year.
