100 Years of Scouting at 1st Heworth.
One hundred years is quite an achievement for any organisation particularly one based solely on voluntary contribution so here at 1st Heworth we are justifiably proud of our age! And feel it is something that we should celebrate.
A year of special activities have been planned covering the 100th year of our foundation. May 2019 -May 2020.
In early March we announced our 100th Celebration plans. The local York TV was there to film our photo session and an article was published in the local press.
